Terms of Service
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between AHG Services LLC ("AHG," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates the SlightEdge Inboxes brand, and the business identified in an order, invoice, checkout, proposal, statement of work, or account ("Customer"). SlightEdge Inboxes is a brand operated by AHG Services LLC and is not a separate contracting entity.
By ordering, paying for, accessing, or using the Services, Customer accepts these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, any applicable Data Processing Addendum, and each Order. A person accepting for Customer represents that the person has legal capacity and authority to bind Customer. The Services are offered for business use, not personal, family, or household use.
1. Services and Orders
"Services" means the business email-infrastructure provisioning, configuration, management, reconnection, and related support described in an Order. An "Order" includes an accepted proposal, checkout, invoice, statement of work, or other written order confirmation.
Each Order may identify quantities, providers, prices, estimated timing, and additional terms. An Order does not modify these Terms unless it expressly identifies the provision being changed and is accepted by AHG. If documents conflict, a signed Order controls for that Order, followed by the Data Processing Addendum for personal-data processing, these Terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
AHG may use employees, contractors, affiliates, and third-party providers to perform the Services. AHG may change its methods, personnel, tooling, providers, and technical architecture where the material function of the purchased Service is not substantially reduced.
2. Customer cooperation
Customer must timely provide accurate instructions, names, domains, access, permissions, billing information, configurations, and other materials reasonably required. AHG is not responsible for delay, failure, loss, or additional cost caused by Customer, a downstream customer, or a third party.
Customer authorizes AHG and its approved personnel and contractors to access and modify Customer-selected domains, DNS, registrars, workspaces, inboxes, sequencers, forwarding, aliases, authentication records, and connected services as reasonably necessary to perform or protect the Services.
Customer must maintain secure systems, current contact information, adequate backups, and all permissions needed to give AHG access. Customer is responsible for activity under its accounts and for promptly revoking or rotating access that is no longer appropriate.
3. Domains, accounts, and credentials
Customer-procured assets
Domains and accounts purchased directly by Customer remain Customer property. Customer grants AHG a limited right to administer them while AHG provides the Services. Management access does not transfer ownership to AHG.
AHG-procured assets
Unless an Order expressly states otherwise, domains, tenant accounts, master accounts, and similar assets procured or held by AHG remain AHG property. Customer receives only the limited, revocable right to use them with the paid Services. Payment for Services does not itself purchase or transfer an asset.
AHG may, but is not required to, approve a transfer after receiving Customer's written request. Any transfer is subject to full payment, provider rules and waiting periods, technical feasibility, continued good standing, verification, and Customer's payment of all taxes, renewal charges, migration work, transfer charges, and other costs. AHG may retain access reasonably required to complete a transfer or meet legal and provider obligations.
Credentials and continued access
AHG may retain administrative and other credentials while it owns an asset or provides paid management. Customer credentials may be supplied on request where technically available and appropriate. Supplying credentials or user access does not transfer legal ownership, master-account control, provider contracts, or intellectual property.
4. Customer campaigns and legal compliance
AHG supplies infrastructure and limited technical guidance. Customer is solely responsible for its contact lists, recipients, sender identities, content, campaigns, volume, offers, opt-outs, suppression records, targeting, and compliance with applicable laws and provider rules.
Customer—not AHG—is the sender and campaign operator. Customer must obtain all consents, permissions, lawful bases, and rights needed for its activities. AHG does not provide legal advice, approve campaigns, verify list lawfulness, or guarantee that Customer's activities comply with any law.
Customer must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. White-label Customers are responsible for their downstream customers and must impose protections at least as strict as these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Fees, payment, renewal, and taxes
Customer must pay all fees and pass-through costs stated in an Order. Payment methods may include Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or invoice. Unless an Order states otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew until cancelled. Customer authorizes recurring charges to the payment method provided.
Prices exclude taxes, duties, bank charges, currency-conversion costs, and third-party fees unless expressly stated. Customer is responsible for them, except taxes imposed on AHG's net income.
An overdue payment has a five-calendar-day cure period. AHG may suspend provisioning, support, transfers, or Services immediately while any amount is overdue and may terminate after the cure period. Customer remains liable for all valid charges and reasonable collection costs where permitted.
AHG may change new-order pricing immediately. Existing subscriptions will normally receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; Customer may cancel before the applicable renewal.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Unless an Order states otherwise, AHG must receive a written cancellation at least 48 hours before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Later requests take effect at the end of the renewed billing period.
Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable except where required by law, stated in a signed Order, or approved by AHG in writing. There are no prorated refunds for unused time. For a paid Service AHG cannot deliver, AHG may choose re-performance, replacement, additional time, service credit, or a refund specifically attributable to the undelivered Service as Customer's exclusive remedy.
7. Timing, deliverability, and support
Any reference to delivery within 12 hours is a target or estimate, not a warranty, deadline, or service-level commitment. Timing begins only after cleared payment and receipt of complete, usable onboarding information and access. Volume, provider review, availability, time zones, Customer delay, and events outside AHG's control may affect timing.
Statements about inbox placement—including references to results as high as 99%—describe outcomes observed in particular third-party tests and are not typical-result promises or guarantees. Placement, delivery, reputation, account survival, replies, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside AHG's control, including Customer conduct, content, lists, volume, recipient systems, and provider algorithms.
Unless an Order states otherwise, ongoing support is limited to reasonable help reconnecting supplied inboxes and general deliverability guidance. It excludes campaign operation, copywriting, list sourcing or verification, legal review, guaranteed response times, and guaranteed results.
8. Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, registrars, DNS providers, sequencers, warm-up platforms, Stripe, PayPal, and other providers are independent third parties. AHG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them unless expressly stated in writing.
Third-party terms, pricing, limits, algorithms, availability, enforcement, and product changes apply independently and may change without notice. AHG is not responsible for a third party's outage, restriction, suspension, rejection, data loss, security incident, policy decision, or discontinuation. Customer authorizes AHG to accept or administer provider terms on Customer's behalf where necessary for the requested setup, but Customer remains responsible for its permitted use.
9. Intellectual property and licenses
AHG and its licensors retain all rights in the website, brand, methods, documentation, templates, scripts, processes, know-how, and pre-existing materials. Subject to payment and compliance, AHG grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use deliverables solely for Customer's internal business or expressly approved white-label use during the applicable Service term.
Customer grants AHG a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use Customer materials, names, configurations, and instructions only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and enforce the Services. Customer represents it has every right needed to grant this license.
AHG will not publicly use Customer's name, logo, testimonial, or identifiable results as an endorsement without permission. General feedback may be used without identifying Customer.
10. Confidentiality and data
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party's nonpublic business, technical, account, and commercial information and will use it only for the agreement. These restrictions do not cover information that was lawfully known without restriction, becomes public without breach, is received lawfully from another source, or is independently developed.
A party may disclose information to personnel, contractors, advisers, and providers who need it and are subject to appropriate duties, or where disclosure is legally required. Where practical, the receiving party will provide advance notice of compelled disclosure.
AHG's Privacy Policy describes its own privacy practices. The Data Processing Addendum applies where AHG processes regulated personal data for Customer and the parties agree it is required.
11. Suspension and termination
AHG may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services immediately, with or without notice, for overdue payment, suspected abuse, security risk, fraud, phishing, unlawful spam, excessive complaints, inaccurate information, provider action, reputational risk, breach of these Terms, or conduct AHG reasonably believes could expose AHG or another party to harm.
AHG may also discontinue a Service on reasonable notice where commercially necessary. Customer's exclusive remedy for AHG's termination without cause is a prorated credit or refund for prepaid, unused fees specifically attributable to the discontinued Service.
Upon termination, Customer's right to use the Services and AHG-owned assets ends. Customer must export anything it wishes to keep before termination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHG has no obligation to preserve, restore, recover, migrate, or provide Customer data, configurations, accounts, or credentials after termination. Fees are not refunded following termination for cause.
Provisions concerning payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and any terms that by nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, WEBSITE, ASSETS, GUIDANCE, AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AHG DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
AHG DOES NOT WARRANT ANY DELIVERY DATE, INBOX PLACEMENT, DELIVERABILITY, UPTIME, IP LOCATION, ACCOUNT CONTINUITY, PROVIDER APPROVAL, WARM-UP RESULT, CAMPAIGN RESULT, REPLY, LEAD, REVENUE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHG AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA; SENDER OR DOMAIN REPUTATION; BLOCKED OR SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, AN ORDER, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES CUSTOMER ACTUALLY PAID TO AHG FOR THE SPECIFIC AFFECTED SERVICES DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT FIRST GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits apply regardless of theory and allocate risk reflected in the fees. They do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnification
Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AHG and its owners, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and providers from claims, demands, investigations, fines, penalties, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to Customer materials, instructions, domains, lists, recipients, content, campaigns, products, downstream customers, legal violations, provider-policy violations, misuse of the Services, or breach of these Terms.
AHG may control the defense with counsel of its choice. Customer may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by, imposes duties on, or restricts AHG without AHG's written consent. These obligations are not limited by the liability cap.
15. Governing law and disputes
Delaware law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.
Except for an eligible individual small-claims matter or a request for urgent injunctive relief involving security, abuse, confidentiality, or intellectual property, any dispute will be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules. The proceeding will be conducted remotely unless the arbitrator determines otherwise, and the legal seat will be Wilmington, Delaware. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
EACH PARTY WAIVES TRIAL BY JURY AND AGREES TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a claim is not arbitrable, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Before filing, a party must provide written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution, unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary.
16. General terms
Customer may not assign or transfer the agreement without AHG's written consent. AHG may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business or assets.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including provider actions, outages, internet or utility failures, governmental measures, conflict, labor events, disasters, or cyberattacks, except that payment obligations remain due.
Notices may be delivered electronically. Customer must keep its contact information current. AHG may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Changes required for law, security, abuse prevention, provider rules, or new features may take effect sooner where permitted. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and incorporated documents are the entire agreement regarding their subject and replace earlier discussions. Amendments and waivers must be in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. The parties are independent contractors; no partnership, agency, fiduciary, employment, or franchise relationship is created.
