Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the SlightEdge Inboxes Terms of Service between AHG Services LLC ("AHG") and each customer. It applies to every person, domain, inbox, account, campaign, system, and white-label or downstream use connected with the services.
1. Customer responsibility
The customer—not AHG—is the sender, campaign operator, list owner, and party responsible for its recipients, content, offers, instructions, and legal compliance. Infrastructure setup, general deliverability guidance, or technical access does not make AHG the initiator, endorser, controller, or supervisor of a customer's campaigns.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and rules, including those governing privacy, direct marketing, electronic communications, consumer protection, intellectual property, sanctions, and unfair or deceptive practices. Depending on the activity and location, these may include CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR, PECR, CCPA/CPRA, and local equivalents.
2. Required practices
Customers must:
- use accurate sender identities, routing information, domains, and subject lines;
- provide legally required disclosures, contact information, and opt-out mechanisms;
- honor opt-outs, suppression lists, objections, and provider requirements promptly;
- have every permission, consent, legitimate interest, or other lawful basis required for their lists and campaigns;
- maintain evidence supporting list provenance, consent, targeting, and advertised claims;
- secure accounts and credentials and promptly report suspected compromise;
- use reasonable sending volumes, warm-up practices, and technical limits; and
- cooperate with complaint, abuse, provider, security, and legal investigations.
3. Prohibited use
Customers may not use or facilitate the services for:
- phishing, credential theft, malware, ransomware, malicious code, or unauthorized access;
- fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive identities, spoofing, or misleading affiliation;
- unlawful spam or messages sent without required notice, permission, lawful basis, or opt-out rights;
- purchased, scraped, stolen, or unlawfully obtained data where its use is unlawful or violates provider rules;
- harassment, threats, stalking, hate, exploitation, doxxing, or unlawful discrimination;
- illegal goods, services, content, or transactions;
- intellectual-property infringement or misappropriation;
- evading blocks, suppression lists, sanctions, provider enforcement, or technical restrictions;
- conduct likely to harm domain, IP, sender, provider, or AHG reputation;
- violating Google, Microsoft, a registrar, DNS provider, sequencer, warm-up provider, or other third-party rules; or
- helping another party engage in prohibited conduct.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
AHG has no obligation to pre-screen or monitor customer campaigns. AHG may investigate suspected violations and may request information, inspect relevant complaints or technical records, limit sending, revoke access, quarantine assets, or cooperate with providers and authorities.
AHG may suspend or terminate services immediately, with or without notice, when it reasonably believes there is abuse, a security threat, unlawful conduct, fraud, provider risk, reputational harm, excessive complaints, nonpayment, or a violation of this AUP. Fees are not refunded following suspension or termination for cause to the extent permitted by law.
AHG's failure to act on one violation is not a waiver. Provider enforcement may occur independently and is outside AHG's control.
5. White-label and downstream use
White-label customers are responsible for their end users and customers as if their conduct were the white-label customer's own. They must impose protections at least as strict as this AUP and remain responsible for their marketing claims, contracts, billing, support, campaigns, and compliance.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to tal@slightedgeagency.com. Include sufficient details for investigation, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information or passwords.
