Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
AHG Services LLC ("AHG," "we," "us," or "our") provides business email-infrastructure setup, provisioning, management, and related support services under the SlightEdge Inboxes brand. SlightEdge Inboxes is a brand operated by AHG Services LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how AHG collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through slightedgeinboxes.io, our communications, and our services.
This Policy applies to business contacts and authorized representatives. Our services are not intended for personal, family, or household use.
1. Our roles
For website inquiries, sales, billing, account administration, and our own business operations, AHG generally determines why and how personal information is used and acts as the applicable controller or business.
When we handle personal information, accounts, credentials, contact lists, or campaign-related information solely on a customer's documented instructions to provide the service, the customer determines the purposes of processing and AHG acts as its processor or service provider. Customers are responsible for their own notices, permissions, lawful bases, campaigns, recipients, and instructions. The Data Processing Addendum applies where agreed.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the interaction, we may collect:
- contact and business information, such as name, work email, telephone number, company, role, address, and message content;
- website inquiry information, including desired sending volume and information entered into free-text fields;
- commercial and transaction information, including orders, plans, quantities, invoices, payment status, credits, refunds, and tax information;
- onboarding and service information, including domain preferences, domains, registrar and DNS details, inbox names, forwarding addresses, employee or user names, expected volume, configuration requirements, and support history;
- account and access information, including passwords, administrative credentials, access tokens, delegated permissions, Google or Microsoft account access, registrar access, and sequencer access supplied or authorized by a customer;
- communications through email, WhatsApp, Slack, Calendly, support channels, and calls;
- technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, security logs, cookie choices, and interactions with our site or communications;
- information needed to investigate fraud, abuse, complaints, security events, legal demands, or violations of provider rules; and
- other information a customer or business contact chooses to provide.
Stripe and other payment providers process payment-card information under their own terms. AHG does not intend to store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service.
3. Sources of information
We obtain information directly from business contacts and customers; from a customer's personnel, representatives, systems, and chosen platforms; automatically from our website and communications; and from service providers, payment processors, identity or fraud-prevention sources, registrars, workspace providers, sequencers, and other parties involved in delivering or securing the service.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule calls;
- create, configure, deliver, administer, reconnect, and support inboxes, domains, DNS, workspaces, and sequencers;
- authenticate users and manage authorized access;
- process payments, invoices, renewals, credits, refunds, and taxes;
- communicate about orders, support, security, policies, and service changes;
- maintain, troubleshoot, secure, monitor, and improve our website and services;
- detect and prevent fraud, phishing, unlawful spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and provider-policy violations;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements;
- comply with law, court orders, sanctions, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
- create aggregated or de-identified information; and
- send business marketing communications where permitted, subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements.
5. Legal bases for EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions
Where a legal basis is required, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract or pre-contract steps; our legitimate interests in operating, supporting, securing, improving, and marketing a B2B service; compliance with legal obligations; protection of legal rights; and consent. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- to hosting, form-processing, payment, scheduling, communication, support, security, analytics, advertising, and professional-service providers;
- to Google, Microsoft, domain registrars, DNS providers, sequencers, warm-up platforms, and other services selected or authorized by the customer;
- to authorized employees and contractors who need access to provide, secure, or support the service;
- to a customer's authorized users, representatives, white-label partners, or successors;
- in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, insolvency, or transfer of all or part of our business;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, provider investigations, or governmental requests; and
- when reasonably necessary to protect customers, AHG, providers, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or harm.
Providers currently or potentially involved include Vercel, Formspree, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, Calendly, Meta/WhatsApp, Slack, email providers, YouTube, domain registrars, customer-selected sequencers, and professional advisers. The exact providers used may depend on the customer and order.
We do not currently sell personal information for money. We do not currently use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update our disclosures and provide legally required choices before applying the new practice.
7. Customer-controlled information
Customers control the content, recipients, lists, campaigns, and data they place in or make available through their systems and sequencers. AHG does not determine whether a customer's campaign is lawful and does not assume responsibility for the customer's notices, permissions, suppression lists, opt-outs, or legal bases. Requests concerning customer-controlled campaign data should normally be directed to the applicable customer. We will reasonably assist customers as required by contract or law.
8. Credentials and account access
Customers may provide passwords or delegated access depending on their preference and platform capabilities. They authorize AHG and its approved personnel and contractors to use that access to provide and protect the service. Customers should use secure sharing methods, enable available security controls, limit permissions, and rotate or revoke credentials when access is no longer required.
No transmission, platform, or storage method is completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, AHG is not responsible for compromise caused by customer conduct, insecure customer systems or chosen channels, reused credentials, third-party platforms, or access granted outside AHG's control.
9. International processing
AHG and its personnel, contractors, and providers may process information in the United States, Paraguay, Israel, Bangladesh, and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from the country where information originated.
Where required, we use recognized safeguards for restricted international transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, contractual terms, or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.
10. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including:
- leads: generally up to 24 months after the last interaction;
- support communications: generally up to three years;
- customer operational records: during the relationship and generally up to three years afterward;
- billing, transaction, and tax records: generally up to seven years;
- security, fraud, abuse, complaint, and dispute records: generally up to five years or while a matter remains active;
- customer-supplied credentials: while reasonably necessary, with a target of deletion within 30 days after service ends where practical; and
- credentials for assets owned or administered by AHG: while AHG owns or administers those assets.
Information may remain longer in backups until normal rotation, or when reasonably necessary for law, taxes, fraud prevention, security, disputes, contractual enforcement, provider investigations, or legal holds. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where permitted.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that we consider commercially reasonable in the circumstances. Measures may include access controls, limited permissions, secure-sharing tools, authentication controls, and contractual or confidentiality obligations where appropriate and available. We cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures and transfers. A person may also opt out of marketing at any time using the message instructions or by contacting us.
We may verify identity and authority, request clarification, deny or limit a request where permitted, and retain information subject to legal or contractual exceptions. Because this is a B2B service, some consumer-specific rights may not apply. Authorized agents must provide valid authority.
To submit a request, email tal@slightedgeagency.com. Individuals in the EEA or UK may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
13. Cookies and third-party content
Our site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, and third-party embeds as described in our Cookie Policy. Third-party services may collect information under their own privacy terms. See the Cookie Policy for the current website configuration and available controls.
14. Children
The website and services are directed to businesses, not children. Anyone acting for a customer must have the legal capacity and authority to bind that business. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information.
15. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will normally be posted or communicated before taking effect; changes needed for law, security, abuse prevention, or service-provider requirements may take effect sooner where permitted.
