Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
This Policy forms part of the SlightEdge Inboxes Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. If this Policy conflicts with a signed Order or the Terms of Service, the signed Order controls first, followed by the Terms.
1. Automatic monthly renewal
Unless an Order says otherwise, subscriptions are month-to-month and automatically renew using the authorized payment method until cancelled. The customer authorizes AHG Services LLC to charge recurring fees, applicable taxes, pass-through costs, and other agreed charges.
2. Cancellation
Customers may cancel by sending a clear written request to tal@slightedgeagency.com or through another cancellation method AHG makes available.
AHG must receive the request at least 48 hours before the next billing date to prevent the upcoming renewal. If the request arrives later, the upcoming renewal remains due and cancellation takes effect at the end of the renewed billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for a partial period.
The customer must export credentials, configuration details, records, and anything else it wishes to keep before service ends. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHG has no obligation after termination to preserve, restore, recover, or provide customer data, configurations, accounts, or credentials.
3. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable except where required by law, expressly stated in a signed Order, or approved by AHG in writing. This includes unused time, partial periods, changes of mind, customer delays, failure to provide access, suspended third-party accounts, reduced sending performance, and termination for cause.
If AHG cannot deliver a paid service, AHG may choose, as the customer's exclusive remedy, to re-perform or replace the service, extend delivery time, issue service credit, or refund the amount specifically attributable to the undelivered service.
4. Failed and overdue payments
An overdue payment has a five-calendar-day cure period, but AHG may pause provisioning, support, transfers, or service immediately while payment remains overdue. AHG may terminate service after the cure period. A grace period does not waive the amount due, guarantee service continuity, or extend ownership or transfer rights.
The customer is responsible for reasonable collection expenses, bank charges, currency-conversion charges, taxes, and third-party costs where permitted and disclosed.
5. Price changes
AHG may change prices for new orders immediately. Existing subscriptions will normally receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies. If necessary, the new price will take effect on the first renewal occurring at least 30 days after notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; the customer's remedy is to cancel before that renewal.
6. Billing disputes and chargebacks
Customers should contact AHG promptly and before initiating a chargeback so AHG can investigate. A knowingly false or improper chargeback is a material breach and does not relieve the customer of valid payment obligations. Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived under card-network rules or applicable law.
